As a Microsoft Certified Partner with servers in a secure Cleveland facility, the store grows to care for thousands of computers, websites, email accounts and devices across Northeast Ohio.
Franchising begins
The company store's systems become a franchise model, and the first Click IT franchise territories are awarded outside Ohio.
Click IT by Motherboard
Motherboard, Inc. launches Click IT by Motherboard, a digital agency for hosting, website development and e-marketing. Motherboard also holds the company's intellectual property.
