The signature page is a separate document that simply binds the Franchise Agreement (FA) made between the parties.
The purpose of having a separate signature page is because there are exhibits in the FA that most likely will be completed separately, and returned completed at a later date, while the new store is being planned and prepared for opening. (NOTE: The FA must be completed and returned before the new owner's store officially opens.)
